Some Insight…

Raised in Oklahoma City, I have maintained an active lifestyle, consistently integrating physical exercise into my daily routine. As a young adult, I temporarily relocated to Colorado, where I attended Colorado University. Upon returning to OKC, I embarked on the journey of building a family with my husband, and we are now proud parents of two boys, both in their early 20s.

In 2008, I achieved my nursing degree, in 2015 I earned a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration, and in 2018 I earned my Masters degree in Healthcare Administration & Ethics.

Since then, I have found fulfillment in contributing to healthcare as both a nurse and administrator. Currently, I spend some of my time to volunteering at a local free clinic, focusing on providing support for the underinsured and uninsured populations.

Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognized the need for a new avenue for balance in my life. Intrigued by the practice of yoga, I decided to give it a try. The experience resonated with me, and I subsequently decided to share my newfound passion and knowledge with others.

In 2022, I earned my 200-hour yoga certification then furthered my education with a 500-hour certification in spring of 2024, as well as a Level II Thai Yoga Body Work Certification. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Sattva Yoga Therapy Certification, a 3 year program, with expected graduation date of 2028. The journey continues as I explore and deepen my understanding of yoga, aiming to make a positive impact through sharing my expertise with others.
